Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday ~ by appointment only (core hours are 7a-6p)
Because the dogs enjoy a pack-style play environment, arrivals and departures need to stay calm and structured. Coming at your scheduled time allows me to briefly separate the pack so everyone remains relaxed and safe.
Please text your estimated time of arrival (ETA) to 321-615-2599. I’m usually outside with the dogs and may not see you pull up, so your text helps me be ready to greet you right away and keeps playtime running smoothly for everyone.
Payment is due in full at drop-off. I accept Zelle or cash at this time.
Just a Bath
A warm, relaxing bath using scented shampoo, followed by a gentle brush-out and natural air dry. Each bath also includes a soothing body massage to help your dog relax and enjoy the experience.
Blow Out
A high-powered, cool-air treatment that removes loose hair from deep within the undercoat, leaving your dog feeling fresh, clean, and lighter — perfect for heavy shedders!
À La Carte Services
Nail trimming and ear cleaning are available individually, so you can choose exactly what your dog needs.
Large containers and full bags of dog food are bulky and hard to keep completely out of reach from curious pups. In the past, some dogs have managed to break into them, overeat, and — well — let’s just say the night didn’t go smoothly for anyone!
To keep everyone safe and comfortable, please bring only the amount of food your dog will need for their stay, plus a little extra just in case. Gallon-sized Ziploc bags or a small container work best. For accuracy and smoother mealtimes (especially with several hungry eyes watching), it’s also helpful to individually bag each meal.
The Resort primarily accommodates medium and large dogs, typically weighing between 30 and 80 pounds.
I also welcome Dachshunds — as my own dog, Opal, loves sharing her space with friends just like her. Other small breeds may be accepted on an individual, case-by-case basis to ensure a safe and happy group dynamic for everyone.
Yes — puppies are individually evaluated for acceptance once they have completed all rounds of their puppy vaccinations. This helps ensure they are ready for group play and that everyone stays safe and happy.
Yes, elderly dogs are always welcome and receive gentle, attentive care. Medications can be given as needed.
If your senior dog requires extensive care or multiple medications, an additional fee of $5 per day will apply to cover the extra time and attention needed to keep them comfortable and safe.
To ensure safe handling and proper care, I’m unable to accept dogs over 50 pounds with significant mobility issues. Lifting or assisting larger dogs who have difficulty standing or walking can pose a safety risk to both the dog and myself.
Smaller dogs or seniors with mild mobility limitations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on their individual needs and ability to move comfortably with minimal assistance.
All dogs must have a current Rabies vaccination on file.
Puppies are not accepted until they have completed all rounds of their puppy vaccinations to protect both them and the other dogs in my care.
Dogs over one year of age must be spayed or neutered to stay at The Resort. Unaltered dogs cannot be accepted.
Male dogs that mark indoors are not permitted, and female dogs in heat are not allowed at any time. These policies help maintain a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for all dogs in my care.
Yes. Due to liability insurance restrictions, I’m unable to accept Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull–type dogs, or Rottweilers.
All dogs are also evaluated for temperament, and any dog showing signs of aggression will not be allowed to stay, regardless of breed.
My Dachshund, Opal, is the resident “boss dog,” so all guests must be respectful of her space and comfortable in a pack-style, home environment.
Dogs are provided with raised beds and cozy blankets for a comfortable night’s rest. Wire crates with soft bedding are also available for pups who feel more secure in a den-like space or simply prefer sleeping in a crate.
Dogs sleep in private suites with 2–3 dogs per room, giving them plenty of space to stretch out, relax, and settle in for a peaceful night.
Please do not bring your own bedding. Because of the “slumber party”–style sleeping arrangements, dogs may share or switch beds, and some may decide to chew on another dog’s bed. With frequent indoor and outdoor play, bedding can also get dirty quickly.
Providing my own bedding helps keep things clean, comfortable, and consistent for all the campers, while also reducing the risk of spreading fleas or illness between dogs.
I have two dogs of my own. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, I usually have 6–8 daycare dogs here to play and socialize.
For overnight boarding, I typically host 3–4 dogs, with a maximum of 10 dogs total in the home. I keep things small and personal so every dog receives plenty of attention and truly feels at home.
After replacing furniture and removing carpet, I decided to fully remodel and truly dog-proof the house. The master bedroom, en suite, master bath, and Florida room are now dedicated dog spaces, all with direct access to the backyard, so dogs no longer pass through my main living areas.
This setup keeps the home clean and fresh, helps prevent crowding around food and feeding areas, and allows dogs to move easily between indoor and outdoor play. It also means Opal is happier with her space, and I can finally enjoy a meal without a circle of hopeful, begging eyes!
I started this adventure in August 2015, and 2026 marks my 11-year anniversary of caring for dogs in a homestyle, pack environment.
Oasis Pet Resort, Inc. has been officially incorporated since 2019.
Yes. I carry a liability insurance policy through Pet Care Insurance for added peace of mind while your dog is in my care.
